Working pre-trial can be complex, it involves stepping into a multi-agency way of working with the police, CPS, and associated agencies.

From our research we know that practitioners are often concerned about how to respond to notes or court requests, pre-trial contracting with clients, and how to lead consent-based processes that promote both client wellbeing and support engagement with the criminal justice process.
